Summary

The Winchesters send a package to the Miltons, the contents of which put the two nations at war resulting in the Winchester Alpha, Dean, kidnapping the Milton Omega Prince, Castiel. Castiel begins to learn about his captors, and as he does he discovers the horrifying truth behind the box that sheds new light on the volatile Alpha and Castiel's own family. With the truth revealed Castiel and Dean grow closer and begin to bond, but their two nations are still at war, and Castiel, no matter how he feels for Dean, is still a prisoner.

Excerpt From Chapter 3:
“Listen to her purr!” The voice yelled over the music. On instinct I turned my head to the right, as though looking to the person who spoke.
He wasn't solid and complete, like one might assume. More like a reflection caught in breeze blown water, but enough there that I knew who I was staring at. He bobbed his head to the music, his hand extended out the window, trying to catch the wind. The smile on his face was one of pure bliss. I was overcome with the sense of coming home after years of being forced into exile. It was overwhelming, and I felt the pain and the joy swell inside of me, amplified by the acknowledgment of what I was seeing.
“Don't freak out, Nikki. Take it in and open her up.”
