Bellamy had been trapped in this place for over two years. Bellamy came to Polis with one thing in mind: his writing. He needed a new place, a city, where his ideas can come to him. That's why he dragged Octavia and him to Polis. To make ends meet, he takes a job at a popular bar, the Ark.
When he walks in, he sees Clarke, and their worlds collide.
