  Summary

  Luffy has always been a weird kid, mostly just silly and out of control with an unnaturally large appetite. But it's fine because he's just a kid, you know? That's what all of villagers in Windmill Village thought. However, they start to get a bit concerned when they see him occasionally talking to himself, or rather who he calls Blobby.
