When Mr. Aizawa announces a new Heroes v. Villains activity, the class isn"t too hyped. However, when more details about the activity are revealed and the team leaders are chosen, things take a turn for Denki Kaminari.
tldr basically one of those "heroes v. villains activities where the leader person for the villains is actually a secret badass" fics but its denki instead of midoriya bc i said so

He’d resorted to tearing apart the wiring in her leg, leaving her immobile and unable to fight. It was the thing he regretted doing the most in his entire life. As soon as he’d ripped apart that woman’s leg, people came to the show for him. He’d become what they wanted him to: a toy in their playpen; an actor in the show that was bloodsport.
He hated every second of it.

Or, when the Hermitcraft hybrid plugin breaks, Xisuma knows that he"s got a lot of work set out for him. That plugin helps the server"s hybrids function normally, and with it gone, they mentally revert back to regular animals after all.
He severely underestimated how difficult it would be to fix.
