Summary
Eddie Diaz was fully expecting the other shoe to drop, as it had been a while since the Diaz family had been shaken up. Fire truck explosions, a tsunami, and nightmares from both. What he wasn't expecting was the shoe to come in the form of Evan Buckley, and him to literally drop from the sky.
What he also didn't expect was to fall in love with the man. Oh, and also for him to be a literal star, but at this point Eddie should really start to expect the unexpected.
OR Modern Stardust AU where the Buckley siblings are all stars, and are all forced to fall from the clouds in one way or another.

Summary
Riley laughed at that, and Buck went to sit down on the couch, when he noticed there was a new person that he had never met sitting on the arm chair, reading a book. Puzzled, he looks at Riley again, then nods toward the new person. He looks confused for a second, then his expression clears, him saying excitedly, “Oh, you haven’t met Sazza yet!”
OR Buck fills in at B-shift, where to his horror, there's a new person. His territorial-ness shows up (again), he participates in Halloween for the first time, and learns a bit about Aussie culture. Not necessarily in that order, either.

Summary
Evan had lived his whole entire life being told that his blindness was a failure on his part. When he was younger, the only voice not saying that was Maddie, but she left with Doug, and he was left with two parents that he could feel look past him, even if he didn’t actually see them.
Then, when he was thirteen, he discovered that he could use sound to see. In hindsight, he should’ve known he was different when he figured that out, but he was just excited to finally interact with the world in a way that was blocked to him before. He had heard about Shifters, of course he had. But they seemed like a rarity, especially because there was only one Shifter in the whole of his small town. Never would he have ever guessed he would be one, and a bat of all things?

An old case that Tim worked as a rookie comes up with a fresh lead, which translates into seeing his TO for the first time in years. Who was his TO, you ask? None other than Athena Grant.
Or, Athena sees the absolute obviousness that is Chenford, and gets roped in to making them see it by Angela and Nyla, not knowing they've already done that themselves. The 118 may or may not be roped in also.

Summary
Bobby had assured him that he felt fine, that he wasn’t having any symptoms that Buck had, if he only admitted it to himself, panic-researched. However, something in Buck’s gut told him that something wasn’t right. There was no way he could've stayed in that tunnel for that long without getting something. As it turns out, he was right.
