The class policy for the Blue Lions Classroom is as follows: any notes found being passed during lectures will be confiscated and read aloud to the entire class.
[Pre-time skip era Professor Byleth keeps confiscating notes - some are wholesome, and some not so much. Secrets are often revealed - embarrassment ensues, and the Blue Lions sit in mortified silence as their professor reads their private notes aloud in the most emotionless voice known to man. (The ships are very minor and only alluded to!)]

Summary
Academy AU - Garreg Mach is a military academy and Byleth and Dimitri are appointed as Co-Commanders of their house. But only one Commander emerges in top place amongst the three houses - a position both Byleth and Dimitri desire for the sake of their respective goals. Forced into the position of rivals, they must lead their class, the Blue Lions, while navigating the nuances of school life, all while aiming to achieve their goals. Budding desire, festering romance, stark competition, bitter enemies, emotions versus logic - it's going to be one interesting school year.

This was the fourth time she heard these words, awakened by her now-alive father in Remire Village to meet the three people who would change the course of her life and Fodlan’s future, over and over and over again. And Sothis was now steering her to Dimitri. To the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, to a group made up of childhood friends, of students all battered and beaten by trauma and loss. She always resonated with them. Like her, they were resilient. They didn’t complain. They were strong and hearty like winter ivy, but what would it be like to lead them?
OR: A story where Byleth has lived all four routes and retains her memories, only feeling more frustrated and lonelier as she awakens to a new reality - the last of which being the Blue Lions.

Summary
After a long life the Queen of Faerghus passes away, leaving her husband behind. Dimitri, in his mourning, makes a request of the goddess Sothis for the opportunity to do it all over again, and to live another life with his beloved.
What he did not expect was to wake up in a Fodlan free from war, working as a wandering mercenary with his father, while Byleth lavishes in Fhirdiad as her royal Highness, Princess of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus.
With their roles reversed, and Byleth's memory of her past life gone, Dimitri undertakes the mission of winning her back.
