Summary
Aloy is out for vengeance, seeking the vampires that killed her foster father, Rost, at the annual Nora Proving. She's been hunting them for five years, and has made quite the name for herself. Now she's found a large nest of them hiding away in a castle and she's determined to take her pound of flesh and ash.
Except it isn't a vampire nest.
The castle she broke into is the fortress and home of Fashav, last scion and prince of the Illuminated line.
And he's been waiting for her.
