Summary
Mina already had beef with Dom Pedro – a gang leader, a slaver and a son of a bitch working for the Enclave on top of that. When she heard he was keeping a test subject burried underground for the organization, it triggered not only her vow of sabotaging the best she could every government’s and Vault-Tec’s degenerate projects, but also her own past trauma. To call it empathy towards the poor devil inhumed was a big word to describe her action, or at least she thought… Yet, when a Ghoul is dug up, Mina stays firm : what about a partnership ?
Mina and the Ghoul, two bounty hunters, two cowboys and two survivors, now on the roads together : how far both of their codes of honour lie ? Will they kiss… ?
NOTES : Basically, it’s a love letter to both the Ghoul and the Fallout Serie/Game, with an alternative perspective of the lore and story of the show from an original female character. It’s a story with morals, politics and a quest for purpose in the Wasteland, where the two main characters in this fan fiction slowly become each other’s world. It’s an attempt to answer Lucie’s question to the Ghoul : Why keep going ?
