Charlie glanced down and froze in her hoofsteps. A lifelike Alastor doll hid between her black tipped toes. The resemblance was uncanny, down to his fluffy red ear tufts and red pinstripe suit. That wasn’t there before, was it?
She gently picked it up. It went limp in her hands as she ran her fingers over the careful threading and needling. The stitches were sewn so rhythmically, as if someone had spent a lot of time perfecting the craft.
It reminded her so much of Alastor. It even smelled like him too, that sweet, piney antique smell that radiated off him in waves. She would even go as far to say it felt like him. She didn’t know how, but it did.
Her bewilderment was soon replaced with warmth. She squeezed the little doll like a plushie, hugging it close to her chest. Oh, she was definitely keeping this! Maybe it was a little weird to keep a mini Alastor to herself, but it wasn’t like she was gonna do anything weird… Right?

In other words: Charlie finds a voodoo doll of Alastor. Chaos ensues.
This is an AU that deviates from canon and explores the potential of the pilot!

In their place, the desire to always keep her smiling and happy took over. But even for its heir, Hell was a ruthless place only the most vicious demons could thrive in. Lucky for her, Alastor fit that role like a glove. She wouldn't need to wait for a little bluebird anymore now that she had a red stag to help make her dreams come true.
Pilot/Canon-AU: Alastor sees and hears Charlie before her interview, falls head over heels at first sight and spends a full year trying to understand his feelings and woo her. (Timeframe between pilot and canon will be a year instead of a week).

Summary
It was simple really. She would die and then be brought back, the first time it happened she found it interesting. The second, she was annoyed. Her life before had been beyond the fourth wall, and now it was muddled in the timeline of the MCU. She supposed that she’d have to cross her fingers and hope for fanfic level of luck. If only her powers hadn’t followed her. That and the inkling suspicion that she had made a deal that created the main source of her issues.
