He knew the Dark Kingdom was no environment to raise a child but... was the unknown of the world beyond truly better?
So Eugene grew up in the dark kingdom alongside his father Edmund, he trained to fight and protect the moon stone. He never became a thief nor did he save a young woman from the confines of a tower.
