  Summary

  They have a mutual agreement not to bring up each other’s potentially illegal activities. Kitty sometimes burns stacks of documents and the occasional piece of clothing in a trashcan for him, and Bartimaeus has bailed her out of jail more than once after being caught somewhere she wasn’t supposed to be.
