Summary
A feeling of warmth spread in his body because Kaveh was right. He could have simply reminded the blonde he has a key, but he didn’t because he knew mentioning the ownership of the house would make him react. As predicted, Kaveh did. But Kaveh’s words also were a sentiment to how well he knew Alhaitham, and there was a strange comfort in that.

Summary
Tenzō hoped to find something similar one day, to meet a person he could just be himself around, someone to trust and depend on. It had been an unrealistic future before, but after the war, he wasn't so sure.

Summary
If Tenzō was being honest, working with Ibiki brought him a sense of calmness that he hadn't experienced before the war. In his presence there was no need to be something he was not. There could be hours of quiet in the office where they went through crucial paperwork without the need to fill the air with pointless conversation.

Summary
As Kaveh inspects the space that is about to become his new home, he thinks to himself that the room with those marbled counters and a familiar set of wood utensils hanging on the wall. In fact, when he squints closer, he recognizes the model of the stand mixer that’s sitting in the corner. It almost looks like—
“My name is Al-Haitham,” the man—Al-Haitham, apparently—says, and Kaveh looks at him, looks at the chest that he vaguely recognized, turns to look at the counters that he now pinpoints from motherfucking YouTube, and fully lets his jaw drop again with no regard for propriety.
Fuck first impressions. It seems that they’ve already had theirs.
“No the fuck you aren’t,” Kaveh says.
Kaveh moves into the house of his archnemesis. And then he bakes for him, as one does for their mortal enemy that they definitely don't have a crush on.

Kaveh accidentally ends a phone call with “I love you.” Alhaitham… deals with it.

Summary
After an accident at work, Kaveh sort of dies. But he is granted a chance to come back to life if he can get three people to shed tears of pure love for him. He thinks that would be easy, since he has so many friends, but soon realises that it's not as easy as he thought it would be.
Meanwhile, a grieving Alhaitham is very confused by this new stranger in Sumeru City who acts so much like Kaveh, but is not Kaveh.
“Well, I promise you, Kaveh will be very okay with it. I’m sure of it.”
“If I’m not convinced, will you be suddenly bringing me a letter allegedly written by Kaveh that expresses his agreement?” Alhaitham asked with a raised eyebrow.
“That letter was written by Kaveh. One hundred percent. I don’t know why you keep doubting me,” Kaveh insisted.
Alhaitham hummed to himself. “Just wanted to see how you’d react.”Series
