He doesn’t need to ask this man, this voice, who he is. Though it may be one he’s never heard before, that cadence, these words, that touch, that care….is not unfamiliar, it’s the opposite of it. Way too familiar. What used to be a constant in his life for the past few months. Much too far away from him. Outside of him now.
