Riku has been searching Quadratum for Sora for three years now. He finally finds him working in a coffee shop, but Sora seems to not even recognize him.

Excerpt from Chapter two:
“You don’t know who I am.” the man by the counter said quietly. It was a statement, not a question. Sora looked back to him and shrunk back against that intense gaze, the clouds brewing in those sea-green eyes.“I’m sorry?” he managed to choke out.
“Sora,” the man said, eyes burning into him. “It’s me.” His tone was almost pleading.
Sora gulped. He held the gaze of that silver-haired stranger a moment longer, willing words to come out. The man’s face was beginning to crumple, though he seemed to work to keep his lips straight, eyes neutral. Underneath the façade, there was pure pain. Grief.
All Sora could think in that moment was how beautiful - and devastated - he looked.
