" Venti...I-I can't do this! you won't die, you idiot!" Focalor screamed at him." You can't die. You-you promised that you were going to....." tears fell rolled down her cheeks.
" I know I have said this before but You are the only one I can trust to rule Mondstadt in my stead." Venti gently smiled at her and began to wipe her tears away with his remaining hand.

To the world, Furina de Fontaine drowned when the Great Flood flooded the Opera Epiclese and washed her away. Few mourn her passing, the rest scorn or remain indifferent to her death. And she is quietly laid to rest by the same conspirators who placed her on trial.
A few months later, Spring arrives at the City of Freedom ready to start anew. Though the burden of her past life as Furina and Focalors weighs heavy on her shoulders, she looks forward to the future with a hope for a better tomorrow. Free from the dreadful prophecy, she could finally pursue the happiness that she once could only dream of.
And with a certain tone deaf bard by her side, perhaps the happiness she was looking for was with her all along.
