Summary

Summary
For 28 years Luffy thought he was an alpha. He never put much thought into why he couldn't find a mate chalking it up to having better things to do with his life than breed. He never had the slightest suspicion he'd been suppressed and lied to his entire life by his grandfather who was apparently capable of anything if it meant the preservation of his own political power.
