The bats had seen random breaks in Red Hood’s patrolling. Random times in the month where, for a few days, Red hood would be seen only a few times, if that. At first, they thought maybe it was when she was on her period.
“Well that’s a stupid idea. This is Jasyn Todd we're talking about. Red Hood. Past Girl Wonder. The one that literally continues patrolling if she’s been shot twice and when she's so sick she can barely see. That Jasyn Todd. and you think she would stop because she’s on her period.”
“...Well when you put it like that…”
“There’s no other way to put it! Aso, even a glorified Zombie wouldn’t have multiple periods a month. Especially ones that only last two-three days.”

Sadie and Jason Todd had been on the streets for years. Even though Jason tried to protect Sadie as best as he could, she still managed to get very bad coping mechanisms. She gets pulled under from all of the stress of school and the pressure from everything that has happened since they moved to the Wayne manor, before Jason even realized what was happening. He decides that he needs to help his little sister. (And that sometimes, adults can help and be a good rock to lean on.)
