Summary
The door clicked closed behind Jimin's back and he unintentionally shivered. The air was rather cool than being actually cold but the blackness of the sky and the unfriendly moist of the damp muddy street made him feel a little threatened and somehow robbed of the nice friendly atmosphere he just experienced inside the coffee shop.
The sweetness of the whipped cream still lingered on his tongue but the taste faded quickly, just as fast as the warmth escaping his body. The few brief moments he spent talking to Jungkook while happily slurping on his coffee quickly started to seem like a dream and the moment his foot landed outside, the magic was broken and he was suddenly back into his shitty life.
Jimin sighed heavily and pulled the zipper of his leather jacket all the way up to try and block the wind from creeping inside. He dug his hands into the pockets and hurried down the street.
Today was one of those times when he was completely certain that he didn't want to go to work at all. The idea of spinning on his heels and darting the opposite direction felt more appealing than ever and it took him all the will in the world to force himself and advance further towards his destination.

“Noo, not yet, my friend…” Jimin pushed the hunter’s hand away and turned towards Taehyung once again.
“Now, tell me, Taehyung, do you pay him to fuck you or does he do it for free? Huh?”
“What?” Tae gasped in surprise. The aggressive line hit him unprepared. “How could you…!”
“For free then.” Jimin snored mockingly. “Probably you care for him? You do, I can tell. But do you know what kind of man you actually took under your wing. What kind of person you let into your life and your bed.”

Summary

Summary
In the near future where most of society has collapsed due to the sudden and unexplained drop in the omega population, Jimin has spent his life ever since he presented as an omega on the run. When he escapes from a lab that was holding him captive for experimentation, he is rescued by a group of rebel freedom fighters who believe in omega rights, led by alpha Min Yoongi.
At first wary of their intentions, it takes awhile for Jimin to trust them, especially Yoongi, who is an alpha unlike any he's met before. Eventually though, Yoongi is able to break down Jimin's walls and the omega finds himself slowly falling in love.
But in times like these no one is safe, especially a highly sought after omega like Jimin, and Yoongi and the others find themselves willing to do anything to protect Jimin and keep him from harm-no matter how dangerous and radical.
