Summary
Izuku was cooking lunch with his mom when his dad came home.
He called out the customary, “I’m home!” and all Izuku could think was, “Ugg, him. I was having fun hanging out with just Mom. I wish he would go away,” when suddenly there was a burst of light and a red and black knife appeared in his hands.
His mom stopped stirring the soup and his dad froze from where he was taking off his shoes. Izuku looked first at his mom, then at his dad, where he saw an achingly familiar red and black pattern overlay his heart and head. Was he supposed to throw the knife at his dad? He was the root of Izuku’s current problem. But no, he shouldn’t. That would be mean.
“Is that your quirk?!” his dad shrieked. The sound startled Izuku and he reflexively threw the knife anyway. Oops.

Summary
Marinette, at eleven years old, finds a magic ring and becomes friends with the deity that resides inside of it. Years down the line - after multiple thefts of other miraculi, a new one emerges from the shadows. The butterfly, with an evil wielder calling himself Hawkmoth. Luckily, she has a partner who doesn't believe in the superstitions of the cat miraculous. With heroes coming left and right, trying to reclaim the miraculous from Mister Bug and steal hers, Lady Noire turns the tables on them and steals theirs instead - causing this mysterious guardian figure to continue to send out more.
(Note: I did change the age to make Marinette a few years older because I had no way to get from her being nine to Hawkmoth terrorizing at 15 (now 14.) Please lmk if you find anywhere that I forgot to change her age)
(Note note note: I don't really have an ending yet? Idk what I want it to be (romance? Lila is exposed? (Is she even gonna be in this fic?) Hawkmoth defeat? no clue.) And, of course, the obligatory I'm really bad at summaries warning. Help.)

Summary
Marinette is not supposed to be his holder. Plagg was painfully aware of this. He was aware when he saw the child create clothes and creatures and patterns. He was aware when he saw Marinette's luck manifest itself in Nathaniel's friendship and the Guardian Tome.
Plagg was supportive of his holder. He was, truly. He cheered for her successes, mourned for her failures, and encouraged Marinette into becoming the best she could possibly be.
But the Tome made Plagg afraid. He flickered more often, tense and on edge. What did the Guardians say about him? Did they call him a beast, a creature of pure evil, a Demon? A force of nature that had no potential to be good or pure, leading to nothing but corruption, destruction, and death. Who knows how much the Guardians added to the story? How much got embellished or twisted?
Still, Plagg watched as Marinette slowly translated the Tome, black mist flickering.

Summary
Adrien was more than upset over having to leave his newly made friends to stay at New York for a month for a fashion shoot- anyone would, really. But if he thought that being a superhero in Paris was interesting, then he is woefully under-prepared to meet New York's own superheroes; even if they are a lot more... turtle-ly than he expected.
Misadventures, pizzas, and the unhinged energy of teenagers, Adrien is whisked away into a world he never could have imagined, unaware of the enemies that him and the Mad Dogz will have to defend New York, and the world, against.
