Summary
When Wei Wuxian died at Burial Mounds, the cultivation world cheered and celebrated for weeks. However, the heavens who had been rooting for the pure-hearted, self-sacrificing soul, were enraged. For the first time in millennia, selfish gods bundled their spiritual power together to do the impossible: they transmigrated Wei Wuxian’s soul to another world in hopes of giving him the life he deserved. Since such a great amount of power was involved, something remarkable happened that no one could have foreseen: the power fueled by their rage became its own sentient being and took a great part of the cultivation world with it to the next world. The gods watched on in horror as most of Wei Wuxian’s tormentors were pushed into his new world.
Enter the little Wei Ying, stumbling through an unknown little town, most memories wiped of his former life. In his disorientation, he ran into a man clad in white clothes, a simple bamboo hat perked on his head. Even though he bumped into him, the man looked down on him with a kind smile.

Summary

Summary
The biggest twist, however, is that one of New York’s killers is, in fact, still alive. Ethan Kirsch, 19, was seen being wheeled out on a stretcher surrounded by police and paramedics whilst Wayne and Quinn Kirsch were instead brought out in body bags. Despite many wounds you would expect to be fatal, it seems Ethan Kirsch survived what originally seemed to be a deadly final showdown. This marks the first time in the 27 years of Ghostface related massacres that one of the culprits has survived the metaphorical final act.
Ethan Kirsch has since been taken to a local hospital where he is presumably heavily guarded whilst the doctors tend to his undoubtedly brutal injuries. What happens next remains a mystery, but I think it’s safe to assume that we should anticipate the trial of the decade, or perhaps even the century.
