Summary
alternately, the transmigration of one angry Jiang Cheng into an unnecessary fusion of two AUs.
Jiang Cheng is an enthusiastic translator for writer Nie Huaisang's book. Not for the book, per se, but more so for the pay. He's supposed to earn as much to help out at home and go to college.
And then he slips on ice, dies, and gets transmigrated into the very book he both likes and dislikes as the most loathed secondary villain--more loathed than the main villains--omega, Jiang Wanyin, whose future he's not sure of but knows is looking bleak.He's not sure if the changes in everyone's attitude is for good or for worse, though.

Summary
MeishanYu Sect used to be a family of cold-blooded killers, then they gave it up for righteous cultivation. Years later, Yu Ziyuan has a vision. War will ensue and they have a duty to fulfill.
Jiang Cheng becomes Yu Cheng and he is definitely playing checkmates with his opponent.
(Somewhat nonlinear narrative; it's like watching a movie trailer but it's written. Kinda fast forward at 2x speed. If you're looking for a dense and heavy read, this is not it.)

Summary
Autumns are not clear and neither is Shen Jiu. Like the leaves that yellow and fall with the change of the seasons, Shen Jiu has always been aware of his tendency to weather the people around him. He watches, after all, as they fester and decline until they're nothing like the image they have portrayed to be and until he's left with nothing but the stench of their loathing. It's messy. Autumns are messy. So are his sins, so his life, so are the people around him. So is he. Even if he lives. Even if he dies. And even if he lives again.
Autumns are never clear.

Shen Jiu wakes up and finds that he has somehow traveled back in time, but with clear and intact memories of a past he clearly knows he will have to relive, he lets himself float in a limbo. He's tired. He's scared. He's angry. He's jaded. He's all these and now he's an incorrigible mess. Abuse changes a person after all, and though a scum, Shen Jiu is still, and will always be, a person.
