Summary
Hera Syndulla has always dreamt of being a combat medic in the fight against the Empire but even her wildest of dreams can’t compare to reality when a mysterious man is brought to Yavin with injuries that she's never seen before.
There are whispers around the base, rumors that the unresponsive man is a Jedi. Those rumors are quickly confirmed when the Rebellion's High Council demands that the man be taken off the base at once as he is hunted; his presence is a threat to everything the Alliance has built. Unable to convince the High Council that he deserves a chance to live, Hera abandons her dreams and the Alliance for a man she doesn't know.
Sometimes, reality can be so much bigger than what we dream for ourselves.
Thrust into a secret world, Hera finds herself treating heroes that she thought only existed in historical holos.
Surprisingly, trying to keep the galaxy's few remaining Jedi alive isn't the difficult part.
Denying her overwhelming love for a man that she's never met before in her life once he wakes up?

Summary
