“No,” echoes Clark stubbornly. “I mean it. I’m in love with you.”
“You’re in love with me,” says Bruce, flatly. “After years of knowing each other, just like that. You’re suddenly in love with me.”
it's clark's birthday; he gets drunk. and really, who cares that there are other people in the room, or that he was worried about confessing in the first place for a reason? someone should tell bruce how much he's loved.

“Oh, Clark,” Bruce is suddenly holding Clark's face with both of his hands, “the point is that I'm going to land us in a helicopter somewhere for all your classmates to see.”
Clark sighs and closes his eyes.
“Say 'yes', Clark,” Bruce orders.
Clark doesn't open his eyes, just says, “Yes, Clark.”

Summary
Simon is a man used to being a statistical outlier. Snipes landed, successful missions, number of identical black balaclavas owned- all things he’s comfortable standing out for.
But gaining damn near two stone in heat weight for Johnny, for an omega who hasn’t even bitten him? Scarier than digging out of his own grave. He’s never even heard of an alpha start to mirror (start to heat prep) for their omega before the second bite.
His only consolation to knowing that he pined so fiercely for Johnny is that the omega- seems to think they were already courting. Huh.

Summary
For a man that says he "works alone," he sure has a lot of partners. Doesn't mean most people know that though. And he'd prefer it stay that way.
It all starts with a minor mission in Bludhaven with Green Arrow and the Flash, where they get some help from Nightwing, a local vigilante they've grown to trust after a few prior occasions, although they didn't really know him personally. But, there's one person in the league who does. However it turns out he's amongst the few who hadn't gotten Nightwing's help on a League mission. So it was a bit of a shock to hear that his son was in the med-bay of their very much secret base. He's not as discreet as he'd have hoped.
And from there...they all just pile on.

Summary
Everyone had scars. Soap knew that. Everyone knew that. He had scars everywhere over his body, it came with the job. If you wore a scar, that meant you survived, meant you could work another mission.
However, there had been something about Ghost that made Soap surprised when he had seen the scars on his stomach; a few deep cuts and a bullet wound scar. Maybe because Ghost always seemed invincible, untouchable, maybe because Soap hadn’t actually seen his skin before.
But then, Soaps eyes trailed just that bit higher as Ghost pulled his shirt off entirely. Soap saw a different sort of scar; not by any angry blade, not by someone aiming to kill. It was a similar type of scar Soap had on his leg, where the surgeons had to cut his flesh open to put metal pins in his bone. Ghost had those scars under his pecks.
Or; Soap already had a near helpless crush on Ghost, then he sees his top surgury scars, and he knows hes done for. Its all he can think about, in the best sort of way. And maybe, Ghost thinks about Soap a little too much too.
