Summary
Everyone had a soulmate. Someone that existed just for them. Soulmates, attuned perfectly Like a sword meant for a sheath. It was beautiful and everything Clive wanted. Maybe he would have to travel one day to find them and wouldn’t that be amazing? To traverse the land and return home with the person that was meant just for him.
At least, until the black mark started to appear where normally calcification would be. To be bonded to a Bearer was a life sentence. His soulmate was a magic user, a Bearer. With every new mark he received Clive understood one thing.
His other half was out there and whatever life they were living was a hard one, a harsh one.

Rand finds out that Mat was left behind in Ebou Dar during the Seanchan invasion.
"I suppose Mat is with Egwene's army," he said and those odd colors swirled in his head again, making him slightly dizzy this time, and Nynaeve hastened to his side. If any other Aes Sedai had put her hands on him like that without warning… but this was Nynaeve, and she wouldn't hurt him.
Was Mat truly still with Egwene? Mat and Egwene had always been able to light sparks off each other, but perhaps things had cooled between them with some time apart. Still, even if Mat had tripped Egwene into a water trough again, like he'd done when she was thirteen, what Rand had planned was more important than-
He glanced up and met Nynaeve's eyes.
The part of him that always felt like there was never enough time had been ready to move on — Mat was lucky beyond reason these days, so surely he was fine — but there was a flash of guilt on Nynaeve's face. Not only guilt but concern. So Rand swallowed what he'd been about to say and pressed, "Nynaeve, is Mat with Egwene?"

The Space Between the Threads by daydreamer0083

Summary
The weft and warp of the Pattern and the Lace of Ages naturally has some holes between the threads, and in those spaces, possibilities lie.
The Wheel of Time has some wonderful characters and moments, both the books and the show! This is a series of occasionally ship-y one-shots that act as deleted scenes to fill in the gap. Mostly show-canon compliant and book spoiler free, though I'll hide Easter Eggs for my fellow book readers.

Summary
Rand presses on and takes Ebou Dar, pushing the Seanchan back into the sea and discovering someone unexpected in the city.
The palace was in an uproar.
Mat carefully maneuvered around the rushing servants — both those wearing Tylin's House Mitsobar's colors and the barely-dressed slaves that the Seanchan had brought with them or… or created here.
"Lord Mat, what are you doing in the halls?" one of Tylin’s people fussed at him as she passed by — no broad grin on her face today. "I'm certain your things have been packed already, or the queen can have new clothes made for you. You must find her majesty. She will be most cross if she is forced to leave without you." But she was in no mood to grab him and take him to Tylin, off on her own hurried and panic-driven errands.
Forced to leave?
And Mat felt something that he hadn't felt since he'd woken up here in the palace, every part of his body sharp with pain and a looming dread at the back of his mind when the first sound he heard was Tylin's voice — he felt hope.
It had to be Rand and his Asha'man. Nothing else could cause fear like this.
