Summary
A hundred years after the supposed death of the evil known as Dio, a young [name] in isolation receives a mysterious letter beckoning her to the great city of Cairo to meet with her alleged lost love. Upon arrival, however, she discovers a strange new attitude about him, and a new power that seems to have taken host within. Upon her attempt to investigate this power, she instead finds herself at the mercy of it, and in the captive mercy of Dio.

Summary
Seven years after the arrival and welcome of his adopted brother, Dio, a young Jonathan Joestar finds himself at the centre of a poisoning plot and in the manipulation of a young girl by whom Dio has taken an interest. Jonathan is faced with countless obstacles, either from Dio himself, a thug named Speedwagon, or the girl, but for the sake of his friends and loved ones, he does not cease in his quest to end Dio's evil. Upon attempting to arrest Dio for his crimes, however, Jonathan discovers a new, darker evil, and a greater task than he could have imagined.
Upon a subsequent attack on his beloved, and the appearance of a strange vampire hunter, a frantic vampire hunt is initiated, and a new world of evil emerges for Jonathan, and London.
