Suguru acis sastapās ar Ai ačelēm, kuras ātri vien novērsās, izvēloties pievērsties maigajai plaukstai, kas to glaudīja. Arī Suguru acis pacēlās, lai palūkotos uz Godžo seju. Nevis acīm. Tās joprojām slēpās zem tumšiem briļļu stikliem.
"Es brīnos, kā viņš šeit ieklīda," Godžo prātoja. "Varbūt mēs viņu varam paturēt. Nebūtu tik grūti viņu noslēpt no Jagas, man šķiet. Varbūt viņš to noturētu par vienu no tām apsēstajām rotaļlietām, ko viņš visu laiku veido."
"Pievākt jebko, kas tevi ieintriģē šķiet tavā stilā," viņš pienāca tuvāk.
"Hei, paga-"
"Bet šis ir mans kaķis, tāpēc tas īsti neies cauri," viņš teica, bet nemēģināja atturēt Godžo no runča glaudīšanas.

Summary
Being a world class actor has its merits, and Kafka enjoyed them greatly. At least until her world has been turned upside down, now her next role aims to mock her and her decisions. So in between a bitter past and an unplanned present, Kafka has finally a chance to find her happy end.
