The situation becomes helpless when Megumi, with his adorable face squished between Satoru’s hands, plants his own on Satoru’s chest and reaches up.
The moment those plush lips make contact with Satoru’s, the pictures that he had restrained himself from imagining starts coming into sight when he closes his eyes.
‘I’m going to hell’ is the last sane thought he thinks before tilting the boy’s head upwards to get better access to his mouth.
In short, Megumi gets an injury during P.E and is sent to Satoru, a gym teacher on his break, who immediately notices that something is off about the boy. As he shows Megumi comfort, he ends up getting attached to him.

Summary
On his knees, his feet tucked under his thighs, Megumi curiously traces his fingers over the embroidery on Satoru’s upper arm. The Police symbol on his uniform. But before they can pull away, Satoru puts his hand on top of the little one’s. He gently takes Megumi’s middle and index finger to stalk them along each letter on the embroidery.
“Do you know what I am?” he asks.
Megumi turns his gaze from his own small hand in Satoru’s, back to the taller’s blue eyes once more.
“Mhm,” he nods. “You’re an angel.”
In short, Satoru, a young officer, is called to intervene in a domestic dispute involving a drunk man and his son, and is taken aback by the heavenly little child that is Megumi, who clings to Satoru the instant he sees him.

“Fuck,” Sukuna whispered and Megumi could feel the grip on his hair slipping. He knocked his hips forward once, the pupils of Sukuna’s eyes widening with the motion, and the telltale sign of an erection started to press against Megumi. “No wonder Satoru keeps you locked away.”
Megumi has been looking for a way out for him and his sister ever since Gojo Satoru saved them when he wiped the Zenin family out and took them in.
He may have just found his opportunity in Satoru's newest competition.
