Summary
In hell, your life and death determine what demon you'll be. Some are animal-like in appearance, others have a more eldritch look. Depending on what type of demon you are, different instincts and behaviors will affect you.
Some behaviors are common, like mating seasons and shedding. Others are extremely rare; like mentally regressing to a younger age. Some sinners say it is because of extreme childhood trauma, some think it is a curse to people that have taken a child's life.
Alastor doesn't know why it happens, he just knows that he is a "Little”. And he managed to keep it a secret for 90 or so years.
Until the fight with Adam.OR:
Lucifer accidentally discovers Alastor is a Little after the battle, finding him injured and scared.
He decides he can't just stand by and let the poor kid be on his own, and takes him under all 6 of his wings, wether he likes it or not. -

Summary
During springtime most demons go through a mating season. Deer, rams and others especially get very aggressive and territorial
So when Husk tells the staff to not enter Alastor's room under any circumstances because he was experiencing a rut of sorts, everyone expects Alastor to just be a raging territorial male deer headbutting everything that moves like they see on TV
Lucifer is curious... He wants to see how Al is when he loses his composure and gets horny
So he enters his room...Only to find Alastor loafing around amongst a flower bed, tranquil as can be. Cuddly, even!
Husk explains to him "Alastor has always been more doe than buck..." As they watch the gentle deer sniff the flowers and let Charlie pet his hair.
It makes Lucifer wonder what the infamous Radio Demon's true nature might be...

Summary
Leone Abbacchio finds himself terrified after a vivid nightmare and recent experience with sleep paralysis, so much so that he breaks down in front of everyone and can't stand to close his eyes in fear of the darkness coming back to haunt him.
Lucky for him everyone is not only understanding but deeply supportive, especially Bruno and Narancia. The youngest of which offers him his most treasured possession for the night, promising it will keep the nightmares at bay.
And damn it, Leone can't bring himself to tell the kid that's not how this works.
That's how he ends up in a bed with Bruno and Narancia sleeping alongside him so he won't be alone at night, clutching a very old, very disheveled, dog plushie in his arms that apparently has paranormal properties that can keep the nightmares away.
Horrified that it actually worked.

Summary
Leone Abbacchio finds himself afflicted by Hanahaki disease. Amidst the coughing, the pain and the flowers, he keeps having the same nightmare; A white stag calling to him in a garden of Lilac flowers.
At first he does not answer the foreboding spirit, but then he starts to think that everyone in his life would be better off without him. His unrequited love for his Capo, Bruno Bucciarati, should stay a secret, as he feels he would only hold his beloved back; as he feels sad and lost over the fact that everyone else is happy under the leadership of the new Don of Passione, Giorno Giovana, while he is deeply afraid to face the future, unable to find happiness in this new, uncertain world.
Is it selfish of him to want to die? As he feels like a wilting flower unable to bloom, he can't help but look from afar as his friends celebrate the New Passione - as they are busy with work and studying, with bettering their lives - and wonder wether he truly deserves to stand alongside them.
As he ponders over those questions, the flowers quickly overtake him, and the call of that mysterious white deer seems more and more enticing... Perhaps, he wonders, perhaps he should answer the calls of that mysterious being.
