An AU of Dark Matter where Damian and Peter get much closer in those few weeks Peter's at the Wayne household, and Peter ends up snapping out of his death haze due to Damian instead. It changes nothing and everything.
Also, where the Time Stone is powering the portal, Peter's just a tad more mentally resistant and less mentally stable, and Peter's stubborn self goes out as Spider-Man just a few days after everyone thinks he's dead.
Those are just as important, I guess.
