She's done this all before. She was Noctis Lucis Caelum, 114th Queen of Lucis, Bringer of the Dawn and the Chosen Queen. She gave her life to to bring back the dawn, accepting death... so why is she here with another Noctis as her twin brother? Clearly she's here for a reason and she plans to give this Noctis the life she couldn't have. She may have a different name but she plans to save this world and bring back the dawn and this Noct will reign as king.

Summary
A few years back, Izuku somehow ended up marrying a pregnant woman. She was around 1-2 months pregnant at the time and kept quiet about her past. The only thing she ever hinted at was that she ran away for a better future, and Izuku didn't pry any further than that. There was no love between the two; Izuku wanted a family and his mom was insistent about grandkids, and she needed a stable home. They were more like roommates than anything else.
She always expressed her desire to visit the beach more often, loved public spaces, and cherished feeling 'human,' as she put it, mentioning he couldn't wait to show her child these things.
Tragically, she passed away while giving birth, leaving Izuku to raise a child that wasn't his.
OR
Izuku's wife died while giving birth. He didn't know who the father was nor were they in love but the relationship was mutually beneficial
And everything seemed okay
Until they weren't, and he got kidnapped for raising a child from a secret society
