It was Percival's birthday and he was looking forward to it. The department had small traditions including hanging a banner, having cake and only having to work half a day. After everything last year when he celebrated his birthday as Grindelwald's captive Percival was quite excited that it was his special day. Except nobody seemed to remember that it was his birthday.
