Summary
Peeking into the cup, she looks a little surprised by the contents, even through the dazed look in her eyes. She lifts the cup to her nose and sniffs it, almost experimentally, but she seems a bit too stuffy to fully take in the scent.
Akihiko’s silent for a beat, swallowing around the dryness of his throat.
“Try it,” he urges after Minako continues to stare at the soup like it’s some kind of unknown substance that came from outer space or something.
She glances up at him with an odd look on her face, something Akihiko can’t decipher, but she doesn’t protest, looking back at the dish.
--
Or, Akihiko Sanada makes the worst soup on Earth, and maybe realizes he's in too deep whilst doing so.

Summary
They called it post-traumatic amnesia, but to you, it felt more like a “vast, fucking black hole in your brain”. Waking up surrounded by concerned faces in pristine white scrubs, it was like being dropped in a damn sci-fi movie that you hadn't signed up for.
You told yourself that it could not possibly get any worse until two police officers showed up. Chocolate eyes scanning you intently, as if they could see right through you.
“Greetings, my name’s Connor. I’m the…”, he marked a pause, his LED spinning yellow, “…Detective assigned to every android-related case. You might not remember, but you have been found at a crime scene.”
Well, that sure was one hell of a way to wake up.
