Summary
Wild froze when he found the cause of Twilight's pain.
The metallic glint came from a chain. It was fastened to the ground and snaked its way towards Twilight's leg. A large clasp with iron spikes was fastened to the chain, and the spikes dug into Twilight's leg, blood oozing out of the brutal wound.
A bear trap.Wild and Twilight are out foraging and have an unfortunate meeting with a hunter's trap.

It was ironic in a way. The one member of their group who avoids crowds and strangers like the plague ends up being the only one to catch the highly infectious disease. Too bad Wild just so happened to hate irony.

Summary
The first sign Link is no longer somewhere familiar is the walled town before him.
The second sign is residents passing through the gates with unfamiliar faces and clothing styles.
The third sign is the group of heavily armed males, ranging in age from teenager to adult, sprawled across the grass nearby.
The fourth sign is the glowing portal that swallowed him between one step and the next on his way to Hateno. By now, though, Link’s seen so much strangeness from Sheikah technology that the portal ranks pretty low on the list.Well, if the Yiga are involved he can always throw bananas at them.
