Summary
A new student has arrived at PK Academy, a plain boy who goes by the nickname Mob. Saiki doesn’t really care about the new kid until he finds out he can’t read his mind. Thinking he’s just another Nendo case, it’s soon discovered that Mob isn’t as normal as he looks, instead an extremely powerful psychic like Saiki. Maybe this requires some investigation on Saiki's part.
Or
Saiki gets involved with Mob and somehow befriends him. More like his ‘friends’ befriend him, now he has a random psychic tagging along. With of course some issues coming his way… Good grief.

Summary
The kid was slumped against the wall, knees up to his chest and head hung low between them. Hands clutched the fabric of his trouser legs, knuckles grazed and rubbed raw. Beads of crimson formed, some trickling down his hand and dripping off the edge of his forearm. His breaths were coming out shaky, rattling against his ribcage.
Ritsu couldn't see his face but he could recognise that tuft of strawberry blond hair anywhere.
