Five-year-old Bette Kane knows a lot of things. She knows the whole alphabet, she can count to 100, she knows what an octagon is, and she knows anything and everything about The Powerpuff Girls. She's obsessed with them, to say the least. When none of her friends wants to dress up as The Powerpuff Girls with her for Halloween, she's incredibly disappointed. Her father, desperate to cheer her up, asks his seventeen-year-old niece and nephew (Kate and Bruce) if they wouldn't mind being Blossom and Buttercup for Halloween.

Summary
Most nights, Bette Kane protects Gotham as Flamebird. On Saturday, however, she is attending a charity gala with her cousins, Bruce and Kate. What she doesn't know is that Bruce and Kate also spend their nights as caped crusaders.
In fact, none of the cousins know that their family members are vigilantes. What's worse is that none of them like their cousins' vigilante counterparts.
TLDR; the cousins are vigilantes but don't know the others are. Cue them trying to hide it from the others.
