He carried armfuls of chopped wood; his arms were bare and Tim could see a trickle of blood leaking down his forearm. A hastily wound bandage already spotted with red. So Tim craned his neck further, making out the - was that a claw mark?!?!"

'Jason Todd couldn't scream or even speak anymore because the batarang thrown at his neck hadn't been an inch higher where it would have rebounded off of the glinting red helmet he'd worn. Nor had it been an inch lower, plunging into his artery and no doubt causing him to bleed out within a few minutes.
Instead it had severed his vocal cords perfectly.
Jason Todd was a Robin who could no longer sing.'

Abruptly Dick stands up and begins striking his knife against his glass (earning a disapproving look from Alfred) and the table quietens. Jason glances at Cass and observes that she is just as curious as he is.
“Hi everyone! Welcome to the Brunch so glad everyone could make it and uh, I have an announcement to make, these past couple of years have been hard on everyone... But things are starting to get on the up and up so... we're going to Disneyworld”
Jason snorted and several heads turned toward him.
Silence.
“Wait, you’re not serious?” Jason eyes Dick’s gleeful face next to B’s set in a grim expression and realizes that yes; this is most certainly, without a doubt true.

The voice sounded worried - why would that be? Why would someone be worried about Tim? They should be angry - he'd disobeyed orders. But even his thoughts were spinning and he found the world turning on its axis, falling, only to be caught by a strong force; like a pillar.

"Like Conner?" Robin asked, tilting his head to the side like a little bird (wow, he was so young)
"No, just... Kon? Like Kon-El"
"Kon-El, as in Kal-El?" It was another boy this time - Kid Flash - Kon's mind supplied, recognising the iconic yellow and red suit of the junior vigilante. KF pushed his way into the storage cupboard which, with the three of them now and the doorway crowded with heads, was definitely too close for comfort.
"Yeah - is it not the same here?" Kon looked around curiously and frowned when the heroes avoided eye contact sheepishly.
"It's just Conner" The Other Him huffed, arms folded across his broad chest.
"Okay 'Just Conner' - lovely chatting to you but do you think that there's, y'know, a way I can get home--"'
Or mainstream comics Tim and Kon meet the Young Justice crew and hilarity (Bearing in mind that this is my first foray into comedy) ensues. A lot of confusion.

Summary
On his darkest nights, after the dirt-filled hands left his skin, he craved the drugs his parents gave him, even when they weren’t there. Maybe the drugs could help him feel loved and seen again, even if his parents weren’t there to tell him all of that stuff. Or maybe, they would help him forget that he even hungered or felt anything in the first place, and allow him to starve like he was born to do.

Or, Tim's parents begin drugging him to bring him to events. It fills the void in Tim's stomach, but the feeling never lasts. Not until he finds where he belongs.

Summary
In the wake of the Widower's attack, Tim Drake has been left for dead. Badly injured and clinging to consciousness, Tim thinks he's hallucinating when he suddenly finds himself back in Gotham. He soon realizes he's not in his Gotham, but he's somehow slipped into another universe, one in which Jason Todd never died. He's expecting to be cast aside, just as he was in his own universe, but that doesn't happen.
Bruce finds a broken bird and takes him under his wing. Tim somehow finds a family, despite his worst fears.

Tim was stabbed and is bleeding out in the grass outside Wayne Manor. Having accepted that he failed his mission to save Bruce and lost everyone he loved, he's ready to die. To join them in death. He wants the pain to go away.
He's relieved to see Batman waiting for him to bring him to the afterlife, but this Batman isn't the Bruce Wanye that he knows. But a much younger Batman who hasn't met him yet.
