Honestly, Sara didn't really mind the 3 am calls to the hospital. She kind of expected to get them, being on call and all. The lack of cars on the road and (relatively) peaceful ride to Starling General Hospital was quiet, almost quaint.
And sure, she could spend the time dwelling on anything, on how there's a picnic basket sitting on her table, or on the last letter she left Nyssa. But no. She just liked watching the city flash by while she pushed her motorcycle to go just that little bit faster.
