There is comfort to be found under the sun, in the embrace of a tree. On the edge of Camp Half-Blood, a monument of a tree stands tall. Its bright leaves a beacon of hope, its trunk a stoic reminder, its roots standing solidly.
A perfect place to take solace in, even if for a short moment.
Moments of peace seem to seep through the trunk, embedding into each soul that pauses to take refuge under its outstretched arms.
