The Queen Hannah is a navy ship that hunts down pirate ships. Quartermaster Minho, faced with the challenge of capturing the Eclipsed Moons pirate ship, finds himself faced with a hard-to-deny opportunity to finally intercept the ship when an annoying pirate takes a liking to him.
Will Minho get the information he needs? And if he does, will his encounter with the pirate end there, or will he find himself ensnared in more than he had bargained for?

Summary
Not once in his life has Minho not followed the rules, not done whatever was expected of him without any complaints.
Forced to come out to his parents under unexpected circumstances, he asks Han Jisung to be his pretend boyfriend. The only issue is that Han Jisung is an annoying little shit with some sort of attitude problem, who cannot seem to stand Minho in the slightest.

Minho wishes he could see the thread linking Grandma to her other half, but it is something that only soulmates can witness. Once, she told him once about how it looks like one of the knots she crochets; she picked up the yarn, as red as her string, and showed him the split knot, placing it perfectly on Minho’s right pinky and told him; “this is what mine looks like.”
As an adult, Minho still wonders what his thread would look like; would it be soft like yarn or silky like ribbon? What shade of red would wrap around him? Is the thread on his pinky, like his Grandma’s? Or is it on a different finger? Or perhaps on his wrist… He is not too hopeful that he will ever find out, mostly because the reports on soulmate findings have become more and more rare.
Why would Lee Minho, of all people, find his?

“The first rule,” Minho had said, his tone firm but not unkind, “is that this only happens if you want it to. Nothing starts unless you agree.”
Jisung had nodded, his chest tight with the weight of what he was agreeing to.
“The second rule,” Minho continued, his gaze locking onto Jisung’s, “is that you’ll always have an out. A word, a signal—anything. If you use it, everything stops immediately. No questions. No exceptions.”
Another nod. This one felt shakier.
“And the third rule.” Minho leaned forward, his elbows resting on his knees, his voice dropping lower. “When it starts, you’ll pretend you haven’t agreed. You’ll pretend you don’t want it.”--------
Jisung finds himself drawn deeper into the intricate game he shares with Minho, where anticipation and surrender intertwine. As each night unfolds, the line between control and desire becomes increasingly impossible to define.

“Who lied to you so cruelly,” Minho wonders out loud.
“You,” Chan answers without missing a beat. His eyes are half dark chocolate, half warm caramel where the sun hits them tangentially. They’re beautiful, just like Chan himself. “You did. The way you’re looking at me did.”
Minho rears back, as if Chan’s words were the spell to wake him up from a deep slumber. “I never lie.”
Chan’s smile, despite his sweetness, evokes an odd sense of uneasiness within Minho. “I know,” Chan says, tenderly. “I hope you know I don’t either.”
OR
Minho teaches History, Chan teaches Music, and maybe they should teach each other about love.
