Lance loves winter in the Dragon's Den. Sure it's cold, and damp, and a little bit miserable, but there's bright sides to everything. It's proper cloak season, for one, and the newest crop of trainers always bands together in the colder months, and many of the nesting dragons have clutches that hatch around this time of year. All things considered, winter as a dragon trainer in Blackthorn City is amazing.
It's a little less amazing when his sort-of kid falls in into a freezing underground lake in equally freezing weather and gets the flu in the process, but hey, Lance handles sick baby Dragon-types all the time. This can't be too much harder, right?
(It isn't, actually--it just turns out that Silver is terrible at being sick.)

“Jinx?” he seemed horrified at the state of her.
The tears all rushed back, as she threw herself onto him- hanging by his shoulder with one of her arms and the other, gripping onto the clothes around his waist “Save her!”
Surprised at the sudden contact, the desperation in her voice, and the fact that he had no context as to what had just happened, he wasn’t sure what to do- so for a second, she clung onto him, shoulders shaking as she cried.
“Who?” he questioned, looking around for an answer.
There were several of them, with bodies laying on the floor left and right.
“Isha!” she cried out.
For once.. she was the one who needed saving. Where S2, E6 left off.

Summary
She lands hard on a dumpster, while her miniscule thief lands clumsily on the ground. She hears a pained gasp.
"Of course it's a kid."
Powder slows to a stop, concern flickering through her when the thief makes an attempt to keep running, but only manages to limp to the end of the alley before collapsing with a yelp.
"Really should practice your rolls." She suggests, panting. She moves closer, and the kid's face snaps up in fear. Big, honey-coloured eyes, apprehensive.
