    After an accident, Tim wakes up in the body of a nine-year-old boy, destined to die for a family that considered him at best a replacement. He doesn't want this fate.

    Tim's plan to survive in his new world was simple.

    First, he had to stay on the sidelines, save Jason and not get involved with the Wayne family.

    He was already an unwanted child once, he didn't want to be again.

     

    God, or the Author in this case, had other plans for him.

    Summary

    Tim still feels unsure of his position as the new Robin, the boy to replace Jason Todd - so of course the world finds reason to throw the two of them into the same space again. This time it's a mysterious and seemingly disconnected string of murders, and while Tim works with Jason to figure out the truth behind it, maybe he and Jason will also reach some sort of equilibrium.

    Or Tim will nearly pass out from sleep deprivation, overwork himself into bad decisions, and then almost get killed by a world-class mercenary. All of those are options.

    Tim Drake left the family when Damian took his place as Robin. He felt insignificant, and he was desperate to find something that is his, and his only. When he got accepted to Purefly, he thought he finally did, but in the end, he has only gotten more possibilities, more questions.

    So, after seven years, he returned to Gotham.

    What he didn’t expect was a grown-up Damian. A handsome Damian. A graceful Damian with impossibly green eyes.

    What he didn’t expect was the boy who was the reason of his leaving would become the reason of his staying.

    What he didn’t expect was falling in love.
