FINALLY the next Giveaway prize *gasp* This one's for notanaddict, who won 1st place in my Follower Giveaway on Tumblr and therefore a story of at least 3.5 k words. As you can see...it got a LITTLE bit longer *cough* Sorry for the wait :( Life's a mess at the moment. I am also sorry if this turns out crappy ;-;
The prompt:
"So the prompt : Anders/Fenris <3 <3 <3 After a really difficult battle (after the dragon battle at the bone pit for example) imagine an adrenaline high Fenris loose control and grab Anders (who fears that this will be the moment the elf finally snaps and kills him) and kiss him. What happens then ? Does Fenris flee ? How do the other companions react (Izzy or Merril would be great) ? Does a completely surprised Anders, having only thought previously about Hawke as a potential love interest, start questioning his relationship with Fenris ? He could show up on Fenris’s door asking for an explanation… and from then on well I leave it to you and your imagination."

How about au where Fenris wasn’t able to get free of Danarius and instead Anders spots him collared and leashed when Danarius visits Kirkwall (for some reason. maybe buying slaves) and is determined to free the elf. -

Summary
During a "session" with Hadriana, her magic goes haywire and Fenris is turned into a ferret. Rather than fix his apprentices mistake, Danarius keeps the magical enhancement as a "bonus."
Fast forward to Kirkwall. Fenris just wants to be free - and killing his former master and apprentice are the first steps towards that freedom. But a chance meeting with Hadriana drives Fenris into hiding...which leads the group to think he's been taken...and Anders left to "ferret-sit" Ser Chompy...
Who isn't really Ser Chompy after all.

Summary
Anders has been fighting for freedom his entire life, and hiding the fact that he is a mage is a big part of his own protection. The few friends who know about his powers are usually mages themselves, like Garrett Hawke, the man Anders has loved in silence, for years. But Hawke has never been particularly careful, no matter how dangerous Kirkwall can be for a mage who isn't cautious. Being a part of Hawke's inner circle, being close to him, has always been worth the risk, and it still is, the day Anders meets Fenris.

Summary
After Hawke's betrayal, Fenris' heart broke, and he left without a struggle.
After Fenris was sent away, Anders lost himself in Vengeance, determined to carry out what needed to be done, never minding the cost.
Fenris went with Danarius without a struggle, and after months of the magister trying to bring out his old spirit, bleakly allows his markings to be permanently removed, leaving him feverish and scarred. Left for dead in a forest, he is found by an unlikely ally.
This is not the story of a lyrium embedded elf or a possessed mage. This is the story of two scarred men finding each other, learning, healing, and slowly, coming to love what would have once been impossible.

Summary
The ghost of Danarius lingers long after he's gone, in the most unexpected way.

Summary
Those who make the voyage to the Fade can maintain far distances from their daemons without ill effects, but Fenris is certain he never walked those roads. But nothing else could explain why he the only living being in Thedas to wander the land without his memories or his daemon, a second soul bound to his own.
He hopes he will find answers in Kirkwall, the City of Chains, but instead he finds a rowdy band of misfits and more questions than answers.
