I highly, highly recommend reading Part 1 first. This Part (Part 2) could theoretically be read as a stand alone, but some references, metaphors, etc. will go over your head. It also provides an in-depth explanation and introduction to the characters and their respective relationships that formed out of their (shared) experiences. Also, it's a nice read (fluff/humor/angst/hurt/comfort — you've got it all lol). :)
PART 1 (prequel) is completed as of May 2024.
PART 2 (this one, follows canon timeline) is now ongoing with regular (mostly weekly) updates.
