This was fantastic! Cloud's badassery, nonplussed reaction to all the shenigans, plus his sheer kindness just reminded me why I love his character so much. Hilarity, coupled with the growing cameraderie and heartwarming feels made for a wild ride. I had a blast reading this! :D

Sometimes they're for Giovanni, because some idiot got mauled in the forest, and he has to go pretend to care, and to not think that maybe in some cases, natural selection is a good thing.
Usually they're for Grace, at ungodly hours in the morning, to go rush off to do her job, and come home smelling like a mixture of blood, disinfectants, and coffee.
So the phone ringing wasn't a surprise.
The little boy with red hair, silver eyes, and a terrible fever was though.

This is fine, everything is fine.
Sure, Legend’s back in the Dark World, site of some minor boyhood (and bunnyhood) trauma, but he’s got a Moon Pearl, and so does Four, and Sky has the Master Sword. That’s three of them who don’t have to deal with the Dark World transformation curse!
And okay, maybe he’ll have to explain all this a little bit, but he can just leave out that part about the shadows with Four’s face and sword who almost murdered him as an 11 year old. It’s not like it’ll come up.
The odds of said 11 year old being anywhere around are probably super low too, right?
Ignore the tags, everything is fine.
