Sticky fingers ran through inky strands, and Yuuri tried to ignore the bile rising in his throat. The alpha walked around to inspect his work and pushed a stubborn piece of hair behind Yuuri’s ear.
Cold, hazel eyes met panicked, brown ones. The Russian smiled and held up his hands as if to prove to Yuuri that he was not a threat. It did nothing to reassure the omega.
“I promise,” the man’s lightly accented voice said as he wiped away some of Yuuri’s stray tears, “as long as you follow what I say, you won’t be hurt. My son, Misha, is your biggest fan and just wants to meet you. You will skate for him.”

Then the split second passes and Yuuri reins in the insanity long enough to venture a rational approach.
