Toni’s brows furrow even as dread begins to squirm to life inside of her.
But before she can say anything, before she can open her mouth and set the record straight, she hears it.
A murmur as loud as a scream from somewhere in the tomb silent bridge.
“That whole Merchant of Death thing,” someone off to the side faux whispers, “makes a lot more sense now.”
It echoes across the bridge like a gunshot.

Summary
Stiles gets a wrong number call from an old man who can't install his antivirus software. He feels like doing a good deed, so he decides to walk him through it.
Derek is not an old man, just a technologically incompetent twenty-six year old TA who has made enemies of the entire UCLA IT department. The helpful stranger he has just accidentally called is about to become Derek's go-to computer guy.

That is an odd thing for a child to be- and, seriously, from what she can tell- asking an adult. Even odder asking it of Peter who, despite his interest in the macabre, is a fairly gentle soul by all accounts, at least, that she knows of, because he actually seems to be thinking about it.
"I make no promises," he finally says, softly, honestly, and Stiles just gives him a long hard look before sighing and nodding in understanding.
"Well, I guess it isn't fair to ask that of you, really, under the circumstances, so, how about... Don't kill anyone who doesn't deserve it- by my standards, not your own, you fucking psycho."
"Hey, I'm not that bad," Peter sniffs, and Stiles narrows his eyes, "anymore."
