Summary
Neal didn’t move as Peter ran over to him while the other agents scanned the large, empty room. He struggled to believe it, struggled to process any of it. Peter was there, in front of him, talking to him, and Neal couldn’t hear any of it at first. He could only stare, willing it to be true.
Reality hit him like whiplash when Peter’s hand came up to his face, touching the barbed wire that was wrapped around his head.
aka Neal's rescued from being kidnapped and taken care of, but the physical damage might not be the worst thing he has to deal with.

Cody had stood outside his apartment door at an obscene hour of the night and declared Fox needed to find him a job while he put into motion step three of his carefully laid plan titled: ‘Wooing my General into spending an eternity in the throes of my loves careful embrace’.
“The name could use some work,” Fox had told him.
Cody didn’t blink, “I know.”
Fox sighed. “How many steps?”
“Sixty-eight.”
Fox stared. Cody stared back. “They should have left you in the tube for longer.”
“I would like a corner office.”
