AU in which "King's Tide" ended with Luz tricking her friends into fleeing through the portal while she stayed behind with King. Now Willow, Gus, Hunter, and a particularly distraught Amity must find Camila Noceda and hope that she is willing and able to help them survive while they search for a way back -- and in the meantime, they can fill her in on what her daughter has been doing in the Demon Realm.
Or, the one where I cut Luz out of the plot of "Thanks to Them" to explore the Luz-shaped hole left behind as best I can.
