Summary
Ranboo remembers the days when he would kneel at his bed to pray before the nuns turned out the lights and begged God that he’d be the next kid to go.
He was a good kid; he was helpful, he was kind, he was humble, he was everything the nuns raised him to be.
But nobody ever wanted him.
Not even his own parents.
(alternatively; ranboo's the oldest kid at a catholic orphanage. strange run-ins with mysterious people and strange abilities make him question everything he's ever known about the world and of himself. but maybe he'll get a new family out of it.)

Finally read it after it totally not being in my marked for later list for like 2 months-
BUT IT WAS AMAZING! basically ranboo can never go outside and lives a mediocre life in the orpahange, he's the oldest kid and no one wanted him after his parents (not actually) abandoned him, after a bit he goes grocery shopping and meets Phil Tommy and wilbur (mostly tommy) doing shit and he runs away, next meeting in the park where tubbo bumps into him with his skateboard. He gets an old phone with Christian music from sister Anne <3 before that, but they exchange numbers and the sisters now know abt his friends. He keeps meeting with them and hiding he's an orphan and when he was with them a dreamon attacks hhem, he finds out abt magic and shut goes down. He's "confused" and write in his journal but the same dreamon follows, sister Anne dies :(((, sister Agnes gets not really possessed by a dreamon thingy and everything's weird, she finds his magic burns his journal, few days later he's suddenly out of his body in a "dream" ;), then Tommy and tubbo try to break him out OOP well guess what they (Phil and family) get an restraining order if they are near ranboo or the orphanage, well look techno disguise and "adopts ranboo" but it's under Phil's name. Techno kills the dreamon inhabiting sister Agnes! He feels at home gets settled in learn his teleportation magic (mind and matter), techno heal (matter) Wilbur ice (water) Tommy wind (air) tubbo strength durability (matter) Phil create emotion (light and mind) oh well look at that sapnaps and gogy appear injured from a dreamon, dream is caught! techno heals them and trains ranboo. They go away Phil and techno go dreamon hunting oh no dreamon have gone over the ward thingy ranboo hides the others fight dreamon reach him oop instinct teleport. Where he be!? BOOM CRASH TELEPOERT TO TABLE! Well recovery, he tps again and everyone finds out! Oh manhunt...But Ranboo teleports after dream reaches him in a dream (confusion?) oh no he gets sick from dream but gets a message from him out of body! He tells them, they plan to set off to find dream at Halloween. He gets better Phil shows him his powers oop manhunt once more to make him control better. Well dream tells him so now he can teleprot at free will! They (Tommy will ranboo tubbo) go try save dream after a long day since the others have trouble, well main character moment they can't save him but ranboo teleports in, gets dream, awakes the king, gets a memory of his parents finds out he never got abandoned, oop well he tps out with dream. He be grounded but Happy end with a celebration party fest thing, and finds Charlie (who's then Micheal).Extra:he finds out how old techno is, and meets his aunt!

Then there's villains involved and crazy shit happens.

C! Ranboo (Lethe) C! Tommy (Theseus) and C! Tubbo (Bee) are vigilantes living poorly, schlatt stole a wallet so Tommy set comic store on fire philza followed and they are tired at home, then phantom (Wilbur) corner them and ranboo instinct act up but oh no phantom made their instincts and traits go brr, Tommy's sick and grows wings, ranboo got caught by the blade (techno) and grew wings in their base too, he panics but they comfort him and Don send him to prison while villains (dream smiles, George 404, and sapnap pandas) took Tommy for ransom but it goes wrong as heroes find their base while tubbo is with will at hero base and is with ranboo and then discontinued :(

This is just so sweet!! ranboo doesn't tell them abt his SEVERE allergy to water, and he wears a blindfold and stuff but his particles help him, and basically they all celebrate christmas, go ice skating ranboo falls in gets hurt they see his eyes and bandaged him up, he gets a buncha gifts and in return gives them rings that mean a lot of stuff, both ways intended :D

“Oh, I uh—actually came to give you something.” He stutters out, cheeks flushing violet. He opens his hands then, setting down the clothed gift on the counter. Niki looks between him and the gift, confusion written all over her face. “It’s a gift?” He supplies, lowering his hands to his sides. His tail flicks back and forth anxiously.
Niki slowly moves over towards it, unraveling the wooden object. He hears her gasp, arms going right for it. “You shouldn’t have!“ she gushes, her hesitant smile turning into a giant excited one. His shoulders relax then, a held breath falling from his lips. So far so good. Niki holds the carved wood with care that wants to strike him dead.
Soon enough it won’t need to.

Ranboo isn't doing good because of the dream voice, he hands gifts and letters to everyone as a goodbye, almost dies by trying to suicide in a frozen lake, techno finds him and they have a talk (ranboi, dadua, softblade) and send him to puffy, he's doing better! :D
