Summary
Written for this prompt on the DBDA Kinkmeme:
So, ghost rules don't seem to work in Hell, right?
Please give me an Edwin who has been stuck in Hell for decades, and he's been starving the whole time because he has a physical form there and needs to eat. I want to see the first time he gets to Gluttony, and him just having to stop and take something, even though he knows damn well it might get him killed again. Doesn't stuff himself or anything, he just needs something he's so hungry.

Summary
Fill for this prompt on the DBDA Kinkmeme.
----------
“What you’re hearing is called the Song,” Sa’al eventually started excitedly. “Every millennium Hell chooses a being to inherit the tiniest fraction of It’s magic. No one knows how the they’re chosen, but for the past seventeen millennia, the inheritor has always been a demon. Except for the first – he was an angel. You humans know him as Light Bearer, Morning Star...”
“Lucifer. The Devil.” Edwin finished quietly, fisting at his torn pants. Had he had been ‘gifted’ the powers of the literal devil? White hot fear choked him. Why him?

Summary
It’s not the first time this has happened between them, this back-and-forth, this wordless thing that expands beyond very-good-friendship.
There’s been a gradual progression, beginning at the end of the last school term and building through the summer—gentle touches, subtle smiles, jokes that feel somehow very serious.
***
Or: Best friends Edwin and Simon find love on the summer before the Upper Sixth, conscription to war, and an uncertain future.

Simon/Edwin - Edwin rides Simon
What it says on the tin, with Simon wide eye and stunned because holy shit Edwin is beautiful, I can’t believe I get to have this.
Pre-canon, ghost!Simon, alive!AU, doesn’t matter as long as it’s fluffy. (Just not in Hell please.)
Would prefer it being their first time.- Bookmarks:

Summary
“A deal. You pretend to be my boyfriend for a few weeks, show up at my house, escort me to social functions and such. Your overall person, manner and opinions should be enough to truly scandalise my parents. You will only need to be yourself, only less... charming.”
Charles gave him a bright grin. “You think I’m charming?”
Edwin ignored him. “And I will act all smitten with you. When they offer you the money to break up with me – and rest assured, throwing money at problems is their only way of handling anything – you will take it. I shall be horribly heartbroken to make them feel guilty and any subsequent romantic partner who is a bit more... mellow than you will be quite welcome.”
Charles stared at him, unsure of how he could’ve ever thought of Edwin Payne as innocent. “Damn... you are a conniving little bastard, aren’t you?”-
Charles Rowland's first impression of Edwin Payne can be summerized as privileged, rich and aloof – also incredibly pretty, but that’s besides the point. However, when Edwin presents him with a scheme to piss off his conservative parents and get some money out of them in the process, Charles can’t resist the siren call of causing mayham for some Tories.

Summary
From this prompt on the DBD kinkmeme: "You're not real. You're just another trick." Five times Simon is visited by a trick!Edwin, and the one time it was him.
"You didn't do anything wrong," Simon tells him. "I wanted you close and it made me angry. But that was all in me. It wasn't you."
Edwin nods, a motion Simon feels more than he sees. "I could have been yours, you know. I was so lonely. You could have had me for a kind word."
"I'm sorry," Simon whispers. He's weary of saying it, knowing it will never be enough, but how can he stop? It's always true.

Summary
“For someone who claims not to like thinking,” Edwin says, raising an eyebrow, “you do a remarkably good job of it.”
Charles laughs. “Tell that to my old teachers, mate.”
“If they disagree, then they can’t be very qualified.” Edwin says this simply, like it’s just a fact of life. Like it’s plainly obvious that if anyone thinks Charles is stupid, it’s they who are at fault.
Or: Charles grew up poor and is likely to stay that away, his job at the magic store notwithstanding. By the time he meets Edwin, he's decided that he wants a new life. In between figuring out what's up with the mysterious wish-granting pigeons, and whether he can go to the Royal Ball, Edwin makes him want to take a chance on being happy as well.
